I’m changing my original review where I said these were no good for African Dwarf Frogs. My guy had trouble eating them at first and they seemed to be too big for him. Now, however, he loves them and eagerly hunts them down and swallows them whole. I think the herring oil they contain put the smell in the water that helps him find them. They have become his staple diet and he gets them 3 times a week, 2 or 3 at a feeding. The other days he gets frozen Mysis shrimp one day, frozen bloodworms another, and then frozen beef heart followed by a day of fasting.Omega One hits the bullseye once again. They are my favorite aquarium food supplier. The frozen things are all their brand and I also use their Tropical fish flakes.
